When the event industry was forced to pivot in 2020, Majic Productions’ virtual events division was born. Even as live events and in-person gatherings return, there is now a permanent spot for well-run virtual events when your participants can’t be in one location. At our Waukesha, WI headquarters we have an efficient, fully-equipped in-house virtual production studio that features studio lighting, fixed HD cameras, in-studio monitors, teleprompters, video switching, areas for multiple presenters, fiber high-speed internet, and a separate control suite for our technicians. Our sales team will meet with you to discuss your vision, goals and needs, and from there we select a streaming platform and build your event together. Our team manages format, rehearsals, integrating multiple sources of content (live feed, pre recorded videos, images, slideshows), and on-site direction. With the other Majic divisions at our disposal, we can include video production, custom graphics, stage sets, backdrops, decorative lighting, and custom elements.
